Hey guys the plastic that's on the back of tghe slider is starting sheer and buddle making it nasty to open and close. Wondering if anyone else had the same problem and if that plastic was important? Thanks!w

Since you're new I'll be extra nice since people have fought and died on this forum over this issue...
Take it off. It's meant to be off.
Theres been a big debate over this......some say if you take it off that it will get loose and eventually your keyboard will end up getting way too loose when it slides....
But I ended up taking mine off like a month ago and its fine
