    Unhappy Droid 3 will not download any apps

    I have a Droid 3. (am not really savvy, but am able to download an app, background, ringtone etc). Have downloaded a few apps, and now Droid will not download any apps (None). It says "downloading" but never finishes. I have had a tech to a soft reset (battery out/back in) and downloaded the latest update and neither did anything to help. A Tech suggested a hard reset, but it I hate to do that without trying anything else... Any advice?
