No battery pulls here either. Sounds like this a problem with your droid, not droids in general.
wish...........it was easier to figure things out instead of having to refer to this forum or the lousy owners manual. Had my phone from day one and I "finally" have it pretty well in hand.
I merely wish the Droid had multi-touch, Flash, and the ability to save game/app files to the SD card which should all be temporary issues.
The only other thing I wish for was that there was a little more user control by default without having to root the device. It would be nice to remove unwanted OEM apps by default without voiding your warranty. Perhaps I want to remove the calculator and replace it with a better version I got from the Marketplace instead of having two calculators. You could then just backup OEM .apk's and revert back as you saw fit. Not much to ask for, if you ask me.
The droid is a nice phone but...
1. i wish it worked perfectly with Yahoo email
2. i wish it had a good facebook app
3. i wish the scrolling/response time was faster
Sign me up! As each day passes I find something new I can use the phone for. Call me old fashioned but I'm still highly grateful for a stock navigation app that's actually quite good lolI think CerealKiller was working on putting together Android Anonymous
I bought the Moto RAZR back in '04 when they were cool and switched to a V3c in '07 and the Droid makes both of those and even many modern day phones look like paperweights. That being said, you can and should always expect more out of everything, but the fact of the matter is, the phone is new. It has it's ups and downs, but overall is a highly impressive device that has me wondering even more if 'phone' is becoming a vague enough label to warrant obsolescence.
