Text Messages Going To Wrong Person

Not sure if this is a Handcent issue or a system software issue, however, a few times now text messages have gone to the wrong recipients.

Has anyone else experienced this? Kinda makes me really think first before sending a text.

My Handcent is really messed up, and just started.

The first thing was that all but two of my text threads were deleted automatically, somehow.

Now, I can't send to the correct recipient.
Often, I will reply to a text but some other name will be at the top indicating another contact name, however the correct picture and contact will be shown as the one I'm sending an SMS to. Then, when I look to see where the text went, it went to someone else entirely.

It's really messed up. I'm going to delete and re-load it if I can.
