liberty toolbox update issue

I finally purchased the full version of liberty toolbox. when i opened it, it instructed me to instal bootstrap and then download the new version of liberty i believe it was 2.0.1 forgive me if i'm waaayyyyy wrong i'm a mechanic for imports not a tech for smart phones. it downloaded then restarted my phone and did some weird reprograming. a lot of writing was popping up like when you reboot your computer and behind the letters there was an open box with an arrow going out and down at a android character basicly suggesting it came out the box. when that was done it shut down and restarted but now it just says liberty onto and has their eagle symbol occasionally spinning. nothing else. it has been doing this all morning. nothing else happens. tried pulling the battery and i don't know what else to do. please help
