notification and ringer tweaks

I am having some annoying issues:

1. I want to only receive sound for an incoming phone call - nothing else - no email, im, calendar - nothing - how can i set this up?

2. I swear my phone is going to vibrate only on its own or maybe a gesture...how do i turn this off?

3. Email support sucks so bad I might have to return it - what is the best (cost no object) way to due corporate exchange 2007 email - the lack of intergrated GAL and calendering is just killing me (i have the applets installed that arent intergrated)
