MMS does not work

Hey,

So I'm a total noob or rube or whatever you want to call me when it comes to phones, I was wondering if someone can help me out with a problem I have before 4G droids come out.

I have a Moto Droid 1 that has no issues with SMS, but MMS I cannot receive or send them. I'm running the stock FRG83D with no rooting or anything fancy. Of course Verizon asked me a bunch of dumb questions like "are you sending the picture to a ten digit number?"

Anyone have any ideas or experience with this? I typically use gmail to send stuff to other people, but I'm getting sick of not being able to receive from others.

I actually had this problem on my droid x. I called customer support after trying everything they said they made me do a factory reset of the phone and after that it worked like a charm. Im not sure about droid 1 though. Just thought id give you something since no one else has.

factory reset seems to have fixed it, thanks!
