    keyboard not responding

    I am new to the droid and I have only had it for one day, but I am having a problem with the keyboard on the screen not responding, it has worked fine all day until about an hour ago and now I have to tap really hard on the screen to get it to type, I cleaned the screen and rebooted the phone but nothing seems to help. Appreciate any input. Thank you in advance

    just got off the phone with verizon and they are sending me a new phone. Hope this isn't a trend of things to come. Have only had my phone for two days
