Galaxy SII is this news??

I have a url that is selling rooted, unbranded SIIs as imports... basically NAM versions of the SII operating on all four bands.
And it's rooted. Already. No bloatware, rom ready. Running Gingerbread...

I've only seen drooling and "AW SHUCKS, STUPID CARRIER NEGOTIATIONS." from everyone about the SII, so I just assumed this isn't common info to have.
Am I wrong?

Do people know that you can cough up an arm and a leg for an SII RIGHT NOW? Maybe I'm just out of the loop... =/

What carriers will actually let you activate it though? And some people are hoping Verizon picks it up and makes it LTE, I know I am

I guess that's prolly true. You're going to get rejected immediately by any network you try to access with the phone.
Still, I'd LOVE to have my hands on an SII. =P =]
