    Htc evo shift kernel

    Hello all!! My girl has the evo shift. We have it rooted but can't find a good kernel that allows over AND under clocking. All the kernels I found that are out have a problem with anything under around stock. Does anyone know where I can find a good kernel? We have already tried the usual places but may have missed something.

    Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
