About LinkBacksJust want to confirm a few things. You cannot get on the market without a data plan correct? I don't seem to be able to. Without getting in the market, you can't root the phone using KSmithInNY's method? Without rooting, you can't get rid of the stupid factory apps? Last but not least, does anyone get a slight electric arc sound when you press a button on the dialer? It is usually the first button I press(any button) then will not do it again until I close & reopen the dialer. Thanks in advance for any help. I about to do unmentionable things to this phone & go back to my lowly Gravity T.

02-27-2011 01:06 PMYou're not an idiot, and I'm not familiar with your phone but lets take it fom the top. First, you can get into the market via wifi, you don't need data. Rooting, I don't know since I don't have the phone. Without rooting you can't get rid of bloatware. The last one again, I don't have that phone so I don't know.
