apptosd....free app in Market will do moves and notify you of movable apps.
Thanks for that, unfortunetly I don't have access to a computer at the moment. I've heard of some being able to do this straight from the phone itself.

I've seen that also. Not sure if it works on your phone Multiple phones - Root them, unroot them step 2 option A but your device is not mentioned. Check the Market perhaps that app has been expanded and works on other devices.

The only thing I worry about, is bricking my phone.

Rooting does not brick your phone. Once you root you need to install a recovery and make a backup. Once you have a solid backup you can flash a rom, add a theme, and over clock.
I felt the same way before I rooted. Now, I change roms on a regular basis. Plan on do so tonight. Bottom line -- you need to be comfortable. If you are not then do NOT root. Continue to read and ask questions.

I apologize. I just reviewed the link in the OP and realized that this isn't about moving apps to SD as the title implies.
When you say back up, do you mean backing up data from my phone?
