    Anyone know why my phone has gotten very slow in retreiving info, texting................

    Could be due to:

    - Having a ton of apps downloaded
    - The file size of certain apps
    - The contents of any app (not all are safe & some can release viruses into the phone)

    It may also be due to not clearing the cache on apps & in your internet browser. The more info you have sometimes causes it to become slower and freeze or lock-up on occasion, or turn off altogether.

    I have the same phone but have never had any problems with it.
