    Please help! Root Samsung Galexy S!

    Well I have been trying to root my
    Girlfriends Samsung galexy s. Its giving me alot of trouble. I have tried one click roots like z4root and superoneclick. I have also tried to use the boot menu to do it. I have researched how to put it into recovery mode and it will not let me. It keeps just booting up. Does anyone know how or what I'm doing wrong.

    If she's on DL09, z4root won't work unfortunately. There's a thread floating around here somewhere called "Root Fascinate Regardless of OS Version" that should work. Lemme see if I can dig it up for you..
