    Hello im new to android,
    And have a hauwei ascend on metropcs. I rooted using z4root, setcpu, and astro. No more lag, super fast open/close apps, and eay better battery life. Special thanks to furbearingmamal for the links and step by step instructions.

    For anyone with metro pcs android phone. Rooting your phone is a must

    I got rid of my Eris until my upgrade in July and now using the Ascend on cricKet. Rooted on day one (couple months ago). I have started a site that has a few hacks for our phone. PM me if you want the url =]
