Help!! Gmail Force Closing

Sorry if this has already been posted... I've searched high and low, and have had no luck so far with any possible solutions...

I am rooted with UD 2.0.0 and have the Renovated theme.(Which I love btw) I just recently purchased the pure messenger widget, maybe about 2 weeks ago, and have that all set up with my gmail account.

So up until last night everything has been going smooth, But sometime late last night I got a message saying gmail has stopped unexpectedly. Everytime I try to open gmail I get this error. So far I have cleared the cache and nothing changed... I also uninstalled from root explorer and then reinstalled gmail, but still no dice. I'm kind of lost from here.

I'm not really sure what's causing the force close issue, but I'm sort of under the impression that it is the pure messenger widget.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Thanks a lot.

Try also running the Fix Permissions script in UD Settings and see if that helps.

I did find another thread in the forum that suggested using k-9, So I'll

the stock gmail app fix, I would love to hear them... Thanks.

Hmmm....have you also tried clearing the data?
I don't have any experience with that app so I won't be any help on that end.

Yep, I have tried clearing the data. I've been doing so more research on this
particular problem, and it seems that a few users have been having such
issue with the stock gmail app. I just got K-9 up and running. so far so good,
we'll have to see how it goes from here.

I found these instructions (below) on another website.

"Home Screen > Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage Applications
Then selecting Clear Data on each of the three apps.
I tried just clearing the Gmail data but that didn't seem to work so I decided to just clear out anything close to Google but I believe the Google Apps was the winner."

This worked right away. The mail took a second to load.
