I'm going to root my Droid and am considering what ROM I am going to use. I am looking at Cyanogen, Bugless, Ultimate, and Liquid. I want something stable and fast (like everyone doesn't) and welcome any input.

I like Rubix. There is a new ROM that I really like but still in Beta. But it has built in options to change your boot logos and other hacks built in. It's as simple as selecting a image.
My vote is for Sapphire ...
Although recently I am finding most ROMS are stable if you don't overclock past 800 LOL
BTW - I don't plan to "sue" any ROM![]()
Welcome to the world of superuser control. This is an old argument and you should get responses from all camps and for the most part they are all right. You really should give them all a chance seeing as how easy it is to make a system backup and switch to another rom.
As for my own preference, I'm using D1-MIUI which is about as modified as the android experience gets, truly awesome and also very stable.
Once you get the hang of flashing I would also recommend trying the DarkEdge UI, it's the sweetest looking thing on any device right now, IMO.
Good luck and remember that Nandroid backups are your best friend![]()
I'd recommend liquid frozen yogurt 1.95 or ultimate Droid 2.0.0. Both are stable. Liquid is really smooth and fast. Ultimate Droid has this really awesome tweaks menu built-in to the settings app.

DROID 3- running the latest of hash's ICS nightlies.

UD has the most customization of all the ROMs I have used.
I'm using the newest MIUI Rom right now, it is totally unique from all the other Roms out there. If you want to try out a really rock solid, stable Rom that won't give you any problems and has amazing battery life, go for the newest Charity Smoked Glass Rom. Two of the best in my eyes.
Take a look at Succulent Desire 7.0. It's been out awhile, but it's a very stable, smooth running rom. The interesting thing about the SD roms is that they come already themed. You install the version that has the theme you like best. Try SHINE and Atlantis Blue - both are beautiful to look at and reflect the care and detail that their creators put into them. Go to [Release] Succulent Desire v 7.0 for more information.

Actually, I'm not a developer - but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express once.
