The only bugs that persist in v4.1.1 is the fb sync issue, and the lockscreen not persistent when slider keyboard opens. And the new MMS fc when you try to send group txt.

Other than that...the latest release is great. Especially if you inject/replace the new MMS with v3.3 mms. This will eliminate the group txt fc. [quote/]

Yeah...its not for everyone. I personally dont like the app drawer because its redundant. I use folders and name them in MIUI and put my apps there. I catalogue games, apps, computing apps, root apps, and then just move my common apps to my desktop how I want them. I personally dont like having a navigation on my screen AND in my app drawer...and that goes for every app I install (unless you hide them under settings), even then...if you move something...and its hidden...you may forget about it if you hid the app in the drawer settings months ago.

So, I guess its just preference. I personally dont like the app drawer, but I dont like a long list of homescreens with apps everywhere either, so just put them in folders.

in the PE thread, a few people have reported successful install of Dark Edge with PE v2...

i miss the customization of ud...and the rotary lockscreen...but the combination of pe2 and darkedge is simply unbelievable...darkedge is on a whole other level compared to any other themes and pe2 is so quick esp the browser...my phones uber sexy right

So this combination works? I heard it had to be an ota based ROM like Bugless, and not from source, but if this works I am definitly giving this a try!

Yeah thats for sure, but man I havn't been giving this ROM as much credit as it should get. I played around with it a little and set it up like you described, and im startin to rely like it. I didnt relize all the features it had like the sms pop-up i love that, and the status bar is great. The only thing im rely missing is my launcher pro widgets

Oh and i was jst wondering if you would be able to post some screenshots just to see how other people have it set up now that I'm rely diggin this rom

Mine is in there like 3 times probably. I changed themes, so...thought Id post up shots of it.

Plan on doing a MIUI youtube vid to highlight features on it.

Another cool feature for sure is when someone calls you...you have the option to press menu button and it will reject call and reply with SMS...it pops up for you to the caller, and the field is already populated with text...you only need to press send.

I went from UD to PE two days ago and while I miss the bells and whistles of UD I have to say PE is way faster and smoother. I installed the slayhers 1200 kernel and activated compcache and as far as I can tell my battery life is no worse than it was under UD.

I haven't tried Cyanogen yet, but PE gives me all the stability of Bugless Beast with a lot more SPEED!

Ok did that but phone didn't reboot I typed reboot myself....how I know its on I heard of it but never really read to much into it

TUD 1 and every other version but have really liked the customability of chevy' s past endeavors, that is the real choice when it comes to which rom you want to use is what you're looking for out of it
