which roms have apps to sd support?

Saphire was my favorite rom I've used so far. Now I'm using cm6 because I'm always running out of room for app installs. Is there any others out there that can move any app to the sd like cm6? And when I do switch roms and backup with titanium backup, when I restore will my apps from the sd go back to the sd partition?

Ps. I know with froyo technically any rom can move an app, but it depends on the app and with not all app developers on board yet I was still running out of room.
