How can I create a rom?

I was wondering how can I create a Tom using titanium backup or clockworkmod rom manager?

I have rooted the frg22d stock ota using an alternative method since universal androot and easyroot stop working and wanted to make a simple rom that others can use if they just want root without extra work. I am able to create a update.zip with titanium backup pro donated version but it is very small not even a megabytes in size selecting titanium as a system file.

umm creating a rom will require a lot of work. and there are many already out there
