Simply move a copy of the picotts.apk and the talkback.apk from another ROM in root manager to the /system/apps. Reboot phone. These 2 apk files were leftout of the build. Hope this helps.

yeah, thats what I noticed. I took them out for my own build and guess I left them out of the release as well. I'll make a patch for you guys if that does it. Sorry again, my mistake

edit: talkback is included, but not pico. I'm going to replace the file in the ftp with the fixed version, as well as uploading a patch to just flash for those with the rom already installed so you don't have to redownload it. testing first!

i got Rubik's loaded and Black Glass with no problems that i can find yet. the BG theme looks great. thanks for all the help. can someone tell me how to do multiple wipes when downloading from SD card using Clockwork. when i was using SPR i would wipe 3 times but can't seem to do that on CW. so far i haven't had to. thanks again

Just toggle down to "wipe data/factory reset",then to "yes--delete all user data" while in recovery mode.

No worries. Grab the apk files from the base deodexed frg22d. Compatibility wont be an issue. I've had this happen before. I have left out obvious ones before cuz I got so anxious to release. If u need any help creating an update patch, let me know. Keep rocking.

Thanks Drod! I did install the patch but when I tell it to "Listen to an example" I still don't hear anything and navigation still doesn't use voice. I tried rebooting. I ensured when I said to "Install voice data" that it did indeed say it was installing.. but it still doesn't seem to work. When I bring up Pico TTS I see all the languages installed (although greyed out). And ideas?

new fix is updating now. seems that i was missing ttsservice.apk in my release as well.

I've got this rom installed and running Jake's 1200 kernal. So far I am impressed by the speed. My quadrant score is higher than I've gotten on any other rom so far and I didn't tweak my setcpu settings to make it perform faster. Great work!

If your taking more feedback, a volume rocker like Ultimate Droid v7.0 where you could go from silent to vibrate modes would be awesome in this rom. Its a feature that I miss.
