To answer your question; NO

When you upgraded to 2.1 early, you got an update.zip from someone that already received the pushed out update. That is not available yet.

i could brick it....screw it, hope it comes out 13th, if not ill get the Droid X still havent used my new every 2 yet.

looks like the X will not be receiving OTA until Aug, you know how that goes add 2 months.
