Moto Droid - Incredible Themed ROM V1

About ROM:
This ROM is based on the OEM 2.1 Droid ROM. It has been stripped of all ringtones, notifications and alarms besides the Droid notification and one alarm. Email, Corporate Calendar, Amazon MP3, Verizon Visual Voice Mail, Google Maps, Google Googles and Facebook have been removed from ROM. They can be downloaded from Android Market.

Deodexed
ROM is Rooted
WiFi & USB Tethering are enabled. You need to download download WiFi Tether and USB Tether.
Superuser Permissions & Busybox are installed
Kernel - 1GHz 7 Slot P3 Kernel is used
Launcher - Been modified for 5 screens
HTC Incredible Taskbar and Launcher Graphics are used through out ROM HTC short icons have not been applied and will be added later as an add on

Required Widgets to make ROM look like in screen capture above:
Weather & Toggle Widget With H7C Clock and Weather Skin - Paid
OnOff Widgets Pack with HD Skin - Paid
Instead of the OnffWidgets Pack with HD Skin a free alternative is the WiFi OnOff & Bluetooth OnOff
All widgets can be downloaded from Android Market.

Install Instructions:
Your Phone needs to have SPRecovery for 2.1. Please check the sticky thread in the Hacks forum for instructions. The ROM can be placed on SD Card and installed with Nandroid.
I am not sure of other methods since I built it to be installed this way and have not tested it out with other methods.
I suggest to wipe wipe data and system before flash.
Nandroid will try to make a backup of your current ROM before this installs.

That's the size I have. It is my first attempt at a ROM so hopefully it works for others It works fine on my Droid. You need to have 2.1 already installed and SPRecovery since the ROM is installed via SPRecovery. I am guessing it should work on other Droids too

If you took a minute or two to read...it is a Incredible Themed ROM...not Sense UI port. Also, it clearly states what widgets to use

whats the difference between wifi tethering and usb? is usb tethering for people that don't have internet access at home?
