with rom manager do I need to create a nandroid folder? It appears there is already one.
With rom manager, you need to flash to sprecovery. Then you can place our rom into the nandroid folder after you extract if from a zip. Then you can go into SPRECOVERY and install it.
Instead of trying to get around the instructions posted by us, just use them. It will save you from ending up in a boot loop.
And Tapout..im a little disappointed you didn't already know that.![]()
What I ended up doing was using rom manager to flash back to SPRecovery, installed the Zeus rom and got it setup the way I wanted, used rom manager to flash back to clockwork and then did a clockwork backup of the Zeus rom, so now I can easily switch back between that and my normal rom.![]()
Hey just wanted to say longtime lurker and with the drama that's going on with ud (or bd or blackrom or whatever the hell it's called today) i decided to try out the htc sense ui rom you guy's put together and WOW is all i have to say! I got it to load up pretty easy and it's a completely different beast from regular moto roms. I did get a few battery pulls and htc process fc's but it's an alpha so i wasn't expecting a whole lot but you can see the promise underneath the hood. I have a question though, with 2.2 and flash support around the corner would this rom be able to have full flash installed on it? I read somewhere that flash will be a third party download (market maybe?) so that means it would work right? Anyways, great rom guys and hopefully you'll be able to figure out that RIL so i can show off the sense rom to my friends.![]()
