I want to first say Sorry everyone that it took me soo long to make a statement, it seems that I always have internet issues at the most inappropriate times.

*** NOW, as for as this other situation all I have to say is, I started all of this stuff as nothing more than to have fun and share with others what I have done to my phone. I am not in this for either money or fame.

** As far as the allogations of stealing anothers rom they arent true. They have found an xml (that points to another file that isnt present and can be deleted with null effect) and a clock app that did in fact belong to them, and I will give them that.

** I credit them for these files. I have put added the credit to my release thread.*

*** *I try out many other developers roms (as many other developers do) for comparison. I am constantly dealing with MANY files, forlders, and windows at once (as my users can vouche for because I often post screenshots of my desktop) and for a file or two to get mixed up wouldnt be out of the norm. In the last rom I did use some of the source from some of the developers that made contributions to their rom that was hosted openly on github and credited them, cause they are great developers, which is legal, and ethical.*

* *Now to discuss the future of Ultimate Droid. We will be moving on and will take more steps to make sure that no mix-ups like this every happen again. We will be moving on to the next version of our rom, Ultimate Droid New Era, which will have ALL of its source posted openly for everyone to see and also for others to use as they see fit.

* To the many users of Ultimate Droid. We will have a new ROM to release shortly. With all the links to the source codes and correct credits in the release thread.

Good, all the drama stuff and locking of threads in the long run really only does two things, cause more drama and... punish the users of said ROMs.

I am a fan of almost all the ROM makers here, currently UD-10 is my choice, though I have Twittered you a couple issues with it (bugs likely, possibly) same name on Twitter.
