As far as the allogations of stealing anothers rom they arent true. They have found an xml (that points to another file that isnt present and can be deleted with null effect) and a clock app that did in fact belong to them, and I will give them that.

Really like everyone is that stupid? XML that points a non exsistent file is what tipped them off? Slap them in the face more why don't you?

I'm working on hopefully get a RIL working in the Zeusdroid Desire rom over at alldroid maybe you can steal it when it's finished and change the theme and call it Ultimate Desire? Delete some icons and stuff you know standard compiling.

BD im probably like 90% of your users and i cold care less where your source comes from. like i have said before, thank you for your hard work and getting us these ROMs. we all really enjoy them and hope your hard work continues. i love v10 so much im gonna keep it until your OTA rom manager thing gets released.haters need to exit to the left...

Funny how i don't care about any of this in reality. I went on vacation in California for a week and got back to see this entire forum blowing up with anger and aggression. Work it out in PM's and stop bit**ing so much all over the forums. Everyone is wasting a whole lot of 1's and 0's on the net here... life goes on.

I think the drama is ridiculous, glad to have you back..

Open source work is a collaboration of work by different people, no one really has to give credit. All the roms are originally someone elses work at google then tweaked.. Credit should only really be given if someone wants to, not required.

As for the drama WTF? Was this REALLY because some Cyanogen Fanboys were upset over some supposed files that were used.. I may be wrong but isn't this open source? Isn't that where people can take someone elses work and build on it?

I think to solve this problem that No Credit should be given ANYWHERE. That would eliminate the expectation that someone should be credited.. I use whatever ROM I want at any given moment, If someone takes someone elses work and makes it better GO THEM! I hope there is more to this story, because it really can't be this..

As for the future, If someone puts out a rom, with an additional feature, that is really cool, I would hope it could be added to all other roms if we wanted to.. Credit would be a choice to give, but not necessary.

I honestly can't believe a forum that thinks they have integrity would support a dev like this?!?!? His line of credit: random apps/code credit cyanogen and koush!?!? BTW, there won't be a UD Manager because that would take the ability to code....sheople keep herding
