Thinking about this now, I never had this issue until I installed rom manager to do the OTA updates 2 or 3 weeks ago. I never saw this reboot thing until the removal of rom manager and using that to flash back to sprecovery. Wondering if that maybe somehow causing this

Anyone is having issues overclocking UDv10, I tried Chevys 1.2, 1.25 7 slot and the phone pretty much turns on but there is no signal and keeps force closing nonstop until you do a battery pull. Any suggestions.
That's another thing, I've seen it correct itself a couple times, but it never stays fixed. And not just with UD10, other versions of UD as well. The best one I've seen so far was on a Cyanogenmod ROM, but I can't stand how slow the CM ROM's run, and it runs my processor too hot on their compatible kernels.
Overclocking Kernels (Thanks to P3Droid)
You can get all overclocking kernels HERE - (From 600 to 1300Mhz)
*There are not any other kernels as of the time of this post that have not been coded to contain
all of the features that come with Ultimate Droid,Using a different kernel will leave you with less
features. If using maps (may need to be reinstalled if using update.zip) uninstall com.google.android.apps.maps.apk
process from manage applications - Extra Instructions will be updated on second post*
