modified mms and UD 9.8

I would like to put the modified mms w/black background and notification settings on ud 9.8 you can make the fonts bigger with this set up. I believe you can move the apk file..I searched but could not find step by step info.

also..what is the apk file name for the carbon fiber background look while your in a call...on the ud 9.8
