Any way to get the app tray from HelixLauncher while keeping BB?

I love the app drawer on HelixLauncher, but I find the rest of the Launcher to be horribly unstable. I know that some roms have the app tray, but I would prefer to keep BB.

Basically, what I'm asking is if there is anyway to keep BB and all settings the same, but add the app tray?

is it the 2.1 app drawer you want or just the full screen 2.0.1 looking one..?

Hmm, I'm honestly not really sure. I'm just looking for the spots where I can put 4 icons in the bottom and they move with me from screen to screen.

I don't know if it's related directly to 2.1 or 2.0.1. I haven't seen it until the newest incarnations of roms, but that could be because I just haven't used a rom that incorporated it.

Helix has been very stable for me on sg6.0 a 2.1 rom. I did try helixlauncher2 and got nonstop FC's and had to uninstall it. I don't know if that's because I still had the first version installed too though. Which version were you running? And...for you, the tray may have been the unstable part.

I'd say the answer is yes it can be done, but I don't know if anyone has combined multiple launcher's into one yet so it might not exist at this time.

the ESE53 base doesn't support the 2.1 launcher or nexusmod livewallpapers or the helix2 launcher..

i spent a good part of the day editng and messing with files to get them to work, im trying to make an update.zip to get them to work on all ESE53 ROMs, so if you know how to create one let me know please..

i could tell you how to do this manually its not hard just tedious..

now some clarification
helix is avalible in the market, there are 2 different apps, one with a non 3D looking app drawer and one with the 3D lookiing app drawer, BOTH support the 4 icon dock at the bottom and both allow up to 7 screens, only difference is how app drawer looks..... and like i said i got nexusmod and 2.1 Launcher2.apk to work on my ESE53 build today, hopefully i can publish an update.zip for everyone..

so if your having FC issues try downloading the newest helix from the market, because idk if the one included with BB will auto update.. this should fix ur problems..

I've used Launcher1 and Launcher2. Launcher1 is the one that gave me a ton of force close issues. Launcher2 was just slow, laggy, and horrible.

ive never had a single force closure with Helix Launcher 1 hmmmm.... interesting

At this point, I can't even open it. As soon as I attempt to open Helix Launcher, the force close cycle begins.

It worked fine for me for a while too..then it suddenly happened one day.

Here u go IMO the best themed rom out right now its nextheme applied to buglessbeast and has working 2.1 helix launcher and nexusmod livewallpaper.
