Today I wanted to go back so I reflashed ClockMode thru Rom Manager, rebooted into recovery and wiped data/factory reset and wiped cache two times then restored my backup and rebooted with the backup I made yesterday which was working great. When the phone reboots it ays no service and I get force close after force close. Not sure what to do?

DOES Anybody AHve Any Help For ME!
Maybe the backup is corrupt. What else have you done to try to fix the issue yourself? Have you tried just loading the default version of CyanogenMod 5.0.4.2?
If you like what I do, thanks

I tried going thru recovery install zip from sd card but it does not show up. I have tried using recovery to mount usb storage to my laptop but it does not show any files. I tried to wipe data and cache and reboot only to get to the M logo. I am stuck!

So install from sd card and mounting usb storage doesn't show any files what so ever?
If you like what I do, thanks

there's the source for the kernel, u can add/remove from there or rebuild from aosp using his as a guide.

And for the record I have zero problems with Koush, cyanogen, or any other developer.

My issue is with the dev groupies this community seems to be evolving into, and all the smack talking about this one being better than that one.

Run what you like, donate to who you like, but all the rest is just childish and I'm tired of it. But odds are they won't stop so i'll quit now and crawl back under my rock again.

One thing I will say for Koush, cyanogenmod, and bekriebel...they all publish their source, which is something I'd like to see more of from developers.
Meh, I think people take it a little too much to heart. For some strange reason, people want to flash their phones every 2 days and try something new. I have checked out a few, and it's nice when one offers something different, something the average user notices, so I can see how this Rom got popular really fast, it generally looks different.

I don't really get the rom wars that have caused so much drama between users, devs, and even the poor admins here. I run what I like, I had a few things I really wanted and continued to search until I found that rom, and I am sure a lot of us feel the same.

Maybe people are concerned that if they don't support the rom they like until the death it will go away, personally, I think it's whatever gives you the best experience with your device, but I am old fashioned like that.
