I installed BB v1.1 over DroidMod 1.0. Seems to be running pretty well but, not sure if i needed to do the uninstall any apk or odex files before installing and not sure how to doit if i did!

Update.zip Installation Info & Instructions (No Data Loss):
-You can upgrade from any rooted ROM that is 2.0.1
-Be sure to have signed into your Google account before installing
-Update (if available) all of your apps before installing
-Download update.zip
-Uninstall any apk & odex files I previously moved to /data (Only If Installing Over 0.7 Or Previous ROMS)
-Place update.zip on the root of sdcard
-Reboot into recovery
-Install
-Allow update.zip installation
-Install /sdcard/update.zip (deprecated)
-Enjoy!
im running bb 7.5. i dont remember installing a apk or odex file. honestly dont know what it is even if i did... only thing in data file is beutiful widgets. so im guessing this doesnt apply to me...?
also why dont wer have to enter code into root explorer? like i did when i first installed bb 7.5?
Just made the switch from ver1.0, chose to run Chevys 1.2 Kernel.
Install went fine and the system seems to be running very smoothly.
