I have been using the sm and dm updater since 2.0.3. I think since 2.0.5, when I miss a call, the phone FC and I can't find out who called. Has anyone else had this problem or knows how to fix it?

I haven't seen this issue myself, or heard of it. Your best bet is to talk to the dev's in the IRC channel since there is no bug report tracking site up yet.

You may want to backup your apps with titanium backup, reflash your ROM and wipe data as a start. But the IRC channel is a good way to get some help.
I bet their first suggestion is that you wipe and kill /data and reinstall, which would be my first suggestion too. You're not OCing at all, are you?
I think I might have figured it out. I had an app that repeats notifications for missed calls. I deleted it and re-tested it. It showed the missed call. Hopefully it won't happen again.
BTW, I'm OCing at 800.
