NOTE - If you are running the 2.1 launcher in a previous version of SS - it is now gone, which means you will have to reset your home screen widgets and icons.

If you are coming from 2.0.1, you MUST data wipe - if you do not, you WILL have problems


Nandroid Installation Instructions:

-NO data wiping required if coming from 2.1 - your settings and apps stay intact, just like update.zip
-It is strongly suggested to nandroid-backup your current ROM before doing anything!
-Extract the files from the archive using WinRAR or a similar program
-Place the extracted folder (the ROM) into the "nandroid" folder on your sdcard
-Reboot into recovery mode
-Backup/Restore
-Advanced Nandroid Restore
-Choose backup (select the ROM)
-Perform Restore
-Done!

Do not worry that it shows 'data' as automatically being selected. It doesn't matter, as no data partition is in this nandroid backup. Your data is safe and will not be touched!

-Overclocked Kernel with TEN slots allows clocking of 125-1250 MHz in mixed steps (credit to ChevyNo1)

Recommended Apps:

Bugs:

-Not all Live Wallpapers are interactive (others need Launcher2, not included as it's too buggy)
-Phone unlocks itself if slid open in landscape mode
-Keyboard lights do not work automatically - toggle the power widget to turn on
-LED notifications are not working if screen is active - they do work if the screen is off

Ok weird after restoring all my apps with Titanium and Setting SetCPU to 1.25Ghz I got a reboot when trying to open metamorph.

Update: Ok I'm getting reboots whenever I try to open metamorph.

Update2: Ok weird after the second reboot it now works fine?

Does anyone else get weird background images for the notification bar when installing a theme through metamorph?

The darn 2.1 laucher. It's been a love hate relationship with me. The 2.1 launcher must be a women with more than just a monthy period. Too bad because she is hot. Well... no matter how hot a women is if she has bad periods she's a gonner.

Nope other than the MM rebooted my phone twice (after the second reboot it started working as normal) everything else seems fine, scrolling is smooth as butter!! BTW were you abel to successfully retheme the status bar icons? I keep trying to apply a theme to it but I keep getting weird backgrounds in the notification slide down.

Edit: Oh and Temp Monitor works perfectly now!!!

Adamz Smoked Glass theme, I was going to try Stanrc's black bar also.

Look @ droidinator theme. He has three xml files that are needed to correct the background issue for 2.1. I just took Adamz's framework-res.apk and made a MM with it and those xml files. It worked fine on 1.0 and 1.1, but will see with this one.
