[2.1 ROM - 1.25Ghz] Simply Stunning V1.0.2 (2/20/2010)

Did you try the 1.25 kernel, or 1.2? A few people have had the issues you're describing with the 1.25 ...

I'm all situated on the 1.25 (10 slot) kernel.
I will say though, 1.25ghz (set as max and min, governor set at performance) gave me several restarts since last night. I've backed it down to 1.1ghz to see how that does today. Otherwise, very nice work. Lovin this ROM so far!

Hey, good to hear ... if you STILL have issues, download the 1.2 kernel and that should straighten it out.

Ive always wondered why some people have issues and others dont? slight variances in manufacturing?

Do you have a download link for the 1.2 kernel...I think thats the one I was using and it was giving me the bootloop but I'll try it again.

Having probs again. Phone won't stay on longer than a couple minutes before it freezes and reboots. Was still running at 1.1ghz on the 1.25 kernel, so I flashed the 1.2 kernel and if anything, it froze sooner than before. Hadn't changed any configurations or settings when this started happening except wifi - I enabled it to use it on my wifi at home to run a speed test. Other than that, no changes. And so I figured turning wifi back off would help solve the problem. No such luck even with it off.

It always seems to happen when I press the home button to exit an application (namely Messaging).

Edit: Okay, now instead of using Home button, I pressed the back button a few times.... vibration from haptic feedback got stuck wide open, so it was like I was holding a vibrator... then it rebooted. Ugh.

Anyone else having this problem on either kernel 1.2 or 1.25?

Running rock solid with no reboots @ 1.25. Also with the 2.1 launcher running!!! Wonder when my luck is going to run out

Simply. Stunning! Very good. Getting less than 160ms bench at 1ghz. You rock dude. Keyboard lighting bug kinda sucks. But besides its really really really great. NO fcs no reboots nothing. I love you chevy. Your the best. I first dled the v1.0.0 and it was rebooting like crazy every 10 seconds. But this is great. Thanks man. I love it. Whew.

Are you running a 2.1 launcher? If so, that is walking a fine line - the majority of people have constant issues. If you are running the 2.0.1 launcher - that is a different problem. Let me know.

That is my guess. I've only had maybe 5 people have issues with these kernels (but they ARE pushing it, as anyone knowing stock speed is 550)
