BB 7.5 and SetCPU profiles not working....

Hey guys. Moved from Sholes 2.0.5 to BB 7.5 last night and so far, I'm loving it. One issue though.

I have my Droid running at 800/800 Performance normally. I have my charging and sleep profiles set to 550/250.

When I plug the phone in to charge, I noticed in SetCPU, that the phone is still running at 800 Mhz. In the upper right corner, it shows that it should be 550/250 per the profile, but the speed in the left corner doesn't move from 800. I tired rebooting numerous times and running the auto detect again, but not matter what I do, it won't drop to 550.

Is there something I'm missing here?

This has nothing to do with BB actually, it is a problem with Taz's kernel. Nothing you can do unless you flash a new kernel or switch ROMs.
