Thinking of uploading all roms to a single place...thoughts?

I have this huge 250 gig filedropper account. I have served up movies, apps, roms and whatever else for the droidforums community so far. I am thinking of upping every rom out there for us with links to the original thread as well for support and credits.

Does anyone think they would benefit from this? Filedropper has no wait times, and isn't a limited speed download site. It's much faster than the downloads I typically see on the roms.

This is in NO WAY me trying to get credit for anything. Just a way we can look at one thread and see all of our options.

OK, I will start and check it about once a day for updates, while also keeping an archive of old roms.

Maybe we can get a sticky once its up and going well.

Yeah I would say the would sticky it....although there already is one stickied thread that has a list of ROMs, but it's just links to the threads with the ROMs, not downloads...

And yeah also you would need to check for all the updates to the ROMs...and add new ones when they are released...it would be a good idea to keep it organized too, with say, like a section of all the Bugless Beast ROMs to the date....and then another section with all the Bugless Beauty ROMs too so if people had problems with the most recent ROM they could download an older one if they wanted

Find source code to go with any kernels. Most devs have been lax in their responsibility to provide source for the Linux kernels they're distributing. Distributing a binary kernel without making source code available is not only illegal, but unethical.

I have done this. Notified them that they will be available and will provide them with links.

It will be great until people start asking technical questions about all of the ROMs all in one thread. lol

Of course I'm sure you know this but you're missing smoked glass, sholes, and simply stunning just that I can see with a quick glance.
