About LinkBacksI still think the best ROMs created are made by the sholes.info team. Their ROM installation provides choice, which in the end is why I rooted my phone. The menu system is streamlined and easy to use, allowing users to remove unwanted system apks, or leave them as desired (ex. facebook, email, corporate calender, verizon visual vm, etc.) In the end, its just as stable as bugless beast, and the development team is quick to fix issues. Hope this helps people make the choice.

Tried Shole Mod 2.0.3, used for a day at 800 Mhz

Between BB vs Shole, I think they are pretty much the same in terms of stability. They both have WIFI tethering, they both uses glass clock theme, they both pretty much uses similar (if not all the same) 2.1 apks.
However, I do find Shole to have the upper hand due to their SMUpdate. That makes it so damn easy.....
Now waiting for official 2.1 -

03-10-2010 07:30 AMSo far I like Droidmod's simplicity, and cusomizable installation, and the theme that was on the old builds.
Elegance Beta v.05 is looking nice to me so far and running amazing at 1.2ghz. I cant wait until it is completely themed!
Ultimate Droid looks nice, but seems pretty heavy at 91MB compared to Elegance's 55MB
Cant stand the SS Theme, and with not much themes available for ESE53 yet the ROM's theme is a big factor on what I am willing to installLast edited by toastedoats; 03-10-2010 at 07:33 AM.
