The download last night (at about 3am) took me all of 1 minute 30 seconds... today the download is looking at 10 minutes.... apparently there's some traffic on this sucker

okay i got through picking all the stuff i wanted and selected finish. then it installed and said it would reboot. did this automatically, but now in the reboot phase all i can see is the "M" symbol it will pop off and on. is this the long wait? as a matter of fact it mostly stays lit up.

yes and for that reason alone, its worth the rooting and the $5 (talking about the tether) wow - this thread moves so fast

I'm still having problems with overclocking. I've got set CPU but it only goes to 550 MHz MAX. What am I missing here?
