Noob needing rooted Droid 1 help

I have a rooted Droid A855. No matter what ROM I am running, my 3G eventually stops working. I am currently running Project Elite. I need to know how to fix this, or even how to go back to stock rom so I can unroot it and take it to Verizon. I can't seem to find a stock rom anywhere. Someone please help.

If you know how to reverse your root then go to Peter Alfonso. Com and grab the frg 22 sbf file and go back to stock or maybe the frk file which is the latest droid stock file
