11-29-2011 07:44 PMHere follow this link. I have not done this to a D1 in a very long time but many have commented in this thread that they had success following the method outlined. But make sure you do read up a but before you dive in.
If you have FC, lag, sounds, etc and think your og droid HW is failing - READ THIS. -

11-29-2011 07:58 PMThat's a good link. Basically, it will take you to Pete Alfonso's page were you would download the last file in the "Droid Files (A855)/SBF Files" and use rsd lite to flash it. You can find some info about rsd lite here: Using RSD Lite to flash an SBF file -- correctly

That guide you linked is a great one, very detailed. I used it successfully when I had no idea how to SBF
