ok, not sure what i'm doing wrong but when i DL the extra apps (pandora) it has a zip extension. what do i do from there. Don't state the obvious unless you have tried it and IT DOES WORK. i have tried several things but to no avail.

Is anyone else having trouble with the milestone browser? The pinch to zoom seems to work fine, but the functionality of the double tap to zoom seems greatly reduced. It barely zooms anymore.

First off you need to learn how to better ask for help.
What I did was download it. Find it in Astro and remove the .zip extention. Then clicked the file and opened it and installed it.
That worked for me. I didn't even have Pandora installed before so I can say that works 100%.

Just updated from v2.0 to v3.1 today and don't really see a difference. I also have the 2.01 launcher, how do I get the 2.1 launcher with the two buttons on the side.

Beautiful! I'm on my second Droid (I broke the speaker grille in the first one, but I was within my 30 days of purchase and Verizon let me exchange with no hassle), and I tried two other Rom's before this one....all I can say is...beautiful. The phone is rock solid at 800mhz, I love the visuals, everything just works great. I'm making my friends with their "old" G1's and my partner with the HTC Eris VERY jealous LOL. DROID RULEZZZZ. Great work!

Yeah i find this browser to actually be harder to zoom than before. With the Stock Browser, i could always Double tap and it would fit the text perfectly and format it to fit the screen etc... now the doubletap just zooms but doesnt seem to be formating at all. I also find the pages to be much harder to read, especially the forums. I feel like it doesnt try to "wrap" the text and i have to constantly scroll left and right to read, even in landscape.

This is almost bad enough to be a deal breaker for me since 80% of browsing from my phone is browsing a forum.

Need quick help...

In the command prompt, when I'm trying to push the files into the SDcard, I keep getting "command not found" message when I enter the second line:

$ cd /d %USERPROFILE%\Desktop
$ adb push recovery-0.99.2b.img /sdcard/
$ adb push flash_image /sdcard/

If you can't find them here in this thread there are more instructions in AdamZ Dev forum over at alldroid.org. (Sorry guys, I just fast forwarded this thread here.)

I do love this ROM, and everything in it. However I had the constant 'preparing sdcard' reboot thrice problem. But I am sure this is just me, as I tried this ROM coming from my setup in my sig below. We used to say with the dumbphones, that YMMV (your mileage may vary) but from what I've learned about android and the Moto A855 especially, YMWV (your mileage WILL vary). There's soo much stuff you could have done before you came to this point.

Just my observation so far. I hate to have to dump my /data, but I might bite the bullet l8r and do so to fully enjoy this latest by AdamZ some day.
