boot screen relapse help please

    boot screen relapse help please

    ok so i rooted my phone and installed a rom and now for some reason it wont even load it just keeps repeating the like load animation please help what do i do

    What ROM?
    Did you wipe prior to installation?
    Did you backup prior to installation?
