    What is the best ROM for the Droid 1?

    I was just thinking one night what is the best ROM for the Droid. If u have any ideas please let me know and if u just put the link for it that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    I've only tried cyogen and liquid. Liquid is REALLY nice if you overclock. Cyogen is nice and all but the way it looks isn't THAT nice. Hoping to hear about some new ones.

    I just recently switched my Motorola Droid 1 from an older version of Cyanogen Mod to CM 7, but then shortly thereafter switched to Simply Stunning 5.4 for the first time and SS with a Chevy LV kernel has been truly outstanding; very fast, runs cool and battery life has been extended tremendously. My only issue as been turning Wi-Fi on and connecting to a non-broadcast SSID...if it's a broadcast name, I have no problems, so I can live with that. At this point, I am definitely sold on Simply Stunning with a Chevy overclock kernel!

    As for looks, there are plenty of good Theme Chooser options out there.

    You might wanna wait a few days for Chevyhow's new release.
    But if you flash it now you can probably update without wiping data.

    Chevy gb rom is good. Also I like petes gpa rom which is in the Bugless section of the custom rom forum.
