    Update rom help

    Hi, ive had my samsung captivate for about a year now and it still runs like a beast, only thing is i havent updated since i rooted using peteralfonso's buglessbeast rooting method. My firmware version is 2.1 my kernel is 2.6.29 jetaek.lee@sep-11 #2 and my buildnumber is bugless beast teaser.
    I would like to upgrade to alfonsos GB rom is it possible and how exactly would i go about doing it plz help. Greatly apreciated .
