Why in the world would you need to flash it 3 times???
Go here and download 3.1.0.0

Install instructions straight from Cyanogenmod's Wiki Page:
- For ease, rename the recovery image .img file to recovery.img.
- Place the recovery.img and the flash_image file on the root of your SD Card. Optional: You may also use adb push path/to/flash_image /data/flash_image and skip the following cp step below.
- If using ADB, plug your Droid into your computer and open a terminal, or you can also use a Terminal Emulator from the Market to type the commands from the device. ADB: adb shell su Notice: You may need to watch the screen on the Droid to allow superuser permissions. cp /sdcard/flash_image /data chmod 755 /data/flash_image /data/flash_image recovery /sdcard/recovery.img Terminal Emulator: su cp /sdcard/flash_image /data chmod 755 /data/flash_image /data/flash_image recovery /sdcard/recovery.img
- After you completed the above commands, power off the device, then hold the x button (physical keyboard) while powering on your Droid. If everything was successful, you should boot into ClockworkMod Recovery
