    you are totally right! and my wifi seemed to be ALOT faster using that mod/hack...I could see no difference on verizons network whatsoever...I was more or less using it to speed up my wifi access youtube,downloads,etc...was alot faster!
    Verizon has nothing to do with your wifi, so any improvement you see with wifi has nothing to do with the throttle mod. The throttle mod is placebo and does nothing for 3g.

    I realize Verizon has nothing to do w/my wifi...however whatever that mod consisted of...I have NEVER seen those wifi speeds again w/out it...as I stated I know it has NO bearing on my 3g...I don't know if its a manipulation of send/receive buffering or something along those lines...but it does however speed up wifi.
