Is there a way to quickly check through my backups?

Hello,

I have a 16GB folder on my computer full of android backups. I know there are quite a few of these I don't need any more.

The only way I know to check them out is to restore these and then eliminate them that way. That though would take a while.

Is there a faster way for me to check and see which ROM the backups are and see if I want to keep or not?

I know I should be naming them and at least some of them are, but some where a quick backup so it's just the date.

Yea I like this idea. I don't really like having to read about my phone every day to stay on top of what ROM and such I need, when I could be using it instead to watch videos and whatnot. Droid does right, not droid maintain. I got Liberty 1.0, later got the 2.0 I think. Then there's themes, haven't even done that yet :O Had this phone for a while, feel like I've done a lot of tweaking and I still haven't really set it up yet.
