Ss 5.0 gingerbread was released as well as all chevy's gb kernels. They both have their thread...

LGB 1.2 was just released and raid zero put out a bunch of GB kernels not long ago. Haven't tried either but i'v only heard good things about RZ's kernels and LGB 1.1 was rock solid.
EDIT: RZ's 1.1 ghz kernel is scoring higher than chevy's on my phone so that's a good sign. No concensus on battery life yet.
