    'Nother Noobie question

    Is it better to use ROM Manager or a similar app to install/switch ROMs, or do it manually? If the latter, what's the optimum procedure?

    It's best to do it manually because rom manager isn't very reliable
    Boot into recovery, make a backup, wipe data and cache, install rom, and reboot!

    BTW I would recommend removing your phone number from your details you're supposed to put your phone model there
