Using Newest Cyan-Mod ROM BUT looking for something new. . . Suggestions?

Personally I keep going back to Ultimate Droid 2.5 since to me it feels like the most complete ROM out there. But I say at least try Ultimate Droid 2.5 along with the latest ones from Project Elite and Simply Stunning since between those three you are bound to find one that works for you.

I cant make myself change from Project elite, its AWESOME!!! its fast, its original kernal allows it to over clock to 1.1mhz i hook it to wifi and its BLAZING fast on my OG droid! thank you everyone!

my next one to try is UD and then SS

i just wish i could take the dropbar notification features and all of the custamizable features of the lockscreen from cyanogen mod and put it into Project elite, then it would be PERFECT!!!

I still love MIUI, if it didnt act up on some of my applications i wouldve never changed it. and i prefer PE over BB rigt now imo

project elite is great. Runs hot on my phone though. Ive been using ud2.5 and love all the features, and its super fast, smooth, stable, has great battery life, and unbeatable features and themes. What more could you ask for.

so the phone says you can place the boot animation you want onto the sd card (not installing it as an update) and change it to what you want through Elite Settings. Where do i go to find it?

You have to browse around the forums to find them, especially the Custom ROMs section. For example, Liquid's area typically has some links to custom boot animations with detailed directions for changing. I'm sure there are plenty of others if you search around.
